I placed an order for this item on September 11. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it within a few hours of making it due to an emergency that came up %26 would need the funds returned. I first went to request it where this shipping company put it was shipped out. (It wasn't) contacted Walmart CS where I had to go through hurdles to speak with a supervisor Bryan %26 have him tell me that it was currently sitting in a Wamart warehouse %26 in fact had NOT been shipped out, put on a truck, nothing!! Bryan also told me that unfortunately the company had it set so Walmart didnt have the ability to cancel or stop orders going out from this 3rd pary company. Even though it was sitting in a Walmart warehouse?? Make that make sense. So, the next morning at 4:30am is when I finally heard a response from this 3rd party company, basically saying no. They waited until the box was actually on a FedEx truck before responding back to me. Im in the States %26 this company is in NJ. We're both in the Northeast, on the same time zone. So it wasnt a matter of time. They purposely waited. On top of that, after telling the company they were being fraudulent in portraying the order status being something it was not, still taking my money immediately after placing the order, paying $40 in shipping costs, basically being nefarious in the ways they do business. I had multiple emails going back %26 forth with them. I mentioned that as soon as I reached out %26 wanted to cancel the order-from that moment on they no longer had authorization to send that item out %26 were to return my money. They claimed they couldnt multiple times- thats when I said if they canceled it in the beginning instead of being shady, shiesty %26 fraudulent, they couldve stopped this. I, me, the customer thats paying $40 for shipping %26 being overcharged for it mind you, had to be the one to go through another hurdle of speaking to a FedEx supervisor. Explained everything that had gone on up to that point, including the fraud, cancelling the order only within a few hours of making it, the fact that I was the one paying the $40 shipping fee %26 him confirming I was overcharged, all of it. The FedEx supervisor went out of his way to personally stop thus package from getting to me. Since it traveling further than other packages it was more towards the back. So, if it wasnt the current stop it would be the next one. They finally (FedEx), once getting better access to the package were able to start the Return to Sender before ever reaching my state YESTERDAY September 12th! Let alone my door. A customer should NEVER have to be the one to go through all that stress, talk to all those people in order for an item to be canceled when it was just placed less than 3hrs prior. This company %26 all of their items need to be removed from Walmart %26 any other app that they may be on. They make it very difficult to cancel something if need be %26 the portray your order as 'shipped' when it is not. Be very weary %26 careful ording from them.....
