We have a very heavy duty 50 foot hose, so it's too heavy to reel in without someone holding the box and making sure it doesn't move, but with a normal everyday hose this product would work perfectly. Decent. Holds up well. And the handle is easy to use. But it is somewhat light weight. If you're going to be using your hose at a distance and at an angle it will slide around the ground. Otherwise, I'm glad I bought it.
