Nice Sturdy Pullup Bar
I bought this for my ninja daughter to hang from in her bedroom. It's really well made. I'm not an expert but I was eventually able to figure out which way the rafters ran and where they were exactly. My only advice, if you're not a carpenter like me, is make sure the bar is connected to both sides before hanging the second side to the ceiling (still holes already, but hang bar before connecting to ceiling). I came close to one hole not lining up exactly.

Great pull up bar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the door frame mounted bars so really wanted one I can hang from my ceiling. This was easy to install and came with all the hardware. Once I found the studs I simply drilled in the screws. I am 180 lbs and this easily holds me, I don't fear it is going to rip out the ceiling. The bar is wider and easier to use because of that. It comes down more than enough to get my head over it. I put tape over the handle for more comfort on my hands/skin. All in all this is a great addition to my gym!

Good product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pull up bar was easy to install! I installed it down in my home gym by myself. I like that I can get a good upper body workout with this although I did struggle at first! I like that it's installed on the ceiling one less workout equipment in the way when my kids follow me I don't have to worry about them tripping! But really good for upper body when your workout space is limited!
