Key item features

  • 3-IN-1 UPPER BODY STATION: Build triceps with seated dips and presses, target chest with a slight forward lean and wide grip, and sculpt biceps with the included cable curl bar while standing on the reinforced base plate. One machine covers your full upper-body push and pull routine.
  • PLATE-LOADED, USE YOUR OWN WEIGHTS: Load standard 1" or 2" weight plates to set resistance for any level, from beginner to advanced. Weight plates are sold separately — select the 100 lb or 170 lb bundle variant if you want plates included. Supports up to 400 lb total load.
  • ADJUSTABLE FOR EVERY BODY TYPE: Rotating handles adjust to your shoulder width with multiple grip positions, and both seat height and cable length tune to your frame for proper form. The stabilized movement path reduces strain on wrists and shoulders compared to freestyle dips.
  • COMMERCIAL-GRADE BUILD, COMPACT FOOTPRINT: Industrial-strength steel frame with a protective finish and moisture-resistant padding built for years of training. Measures 47.3"L x 28"W x 51.6"H (about 9.2 sq ft of floor space), so it fits an apartment corner, garage, or basement gym. Rated for 400 lb total load.
  • WHAT'S INCLUDED & WARRANTY: Seated dip machine frame, adjustable seat, rotating dip handles, cable curl bar, and all assembly hardware, backed by a 2-year warranty against defects and responsive customer support. Clear instructions included for straightforward home assembly.
