Nice but a big gap not like picture on website

It's a nice couch however it fell short on the back and arm support it has a gap about 8 inches apart. In picture shown it's connected no spacing. One side is visibly shorter than the other. It a great color and it's comfortable it's really short. I am 5'9 it's low for me . I can deal but I can not deal with the gap and different size arm and head rest.

This problem is actually caused by incorrect assembly of the L-shaped armrests. The two armrests have different lengths: 35.4 inches and 39.4 inches. The correct way to install is: place the 35.4-inch short armrests on the left and right sides of the main seat, and align the 39.4-inch long armrest with the back of the seat.
