I have been very happy so far with this pizza oven. I've made a total of five pizzas and only had one disaster but I think everyday in every way I'm getting better and better! this pizza oven reaches the temperature in about 15 minutes which is really good. it has very clear control panel and easy to operate. if you can get your pizza in there without screwing it up getting it off the peel as I did, you should be fine providing you doing the dough right and using good ingredients.
