Hueook Red Dresses for Women Fashion Women-Neck winter Solid Short Sleeve Cotton and Linen Dress Khaki XL

this dress was packaged with three other dresses as they said to do. they only scan one for my return and I have not received any information that would help me figure out where the other dresses are. no I did not return them myself because I was on my way out of town and I know they were dropped off properly. the question the customer service person asked at the counter there and did not open the package for the rest of but it did not State that in the package it says pack them all together and bring them back so I don't see why this was an air in my department I really need to know how to get my refund for the other four items. no I do not have the receipt and the other person do not know what they did because they were in a rush to meet me as we left for out of town. what truly can be done about this? we tried to contact the store and no one's picked up and customer service to check the packaging and this was done June 12th in the evening. how can I get help on this situation?
