Here I am ripped off AGAIN by Walmart.com. the original picture and description of this item said "21 volt battery heater" with a picture of the unit which included a battery. I paid for shipping $15. It arrived without a battery. so I ordered a 21v battery from walmart.com and I paid nearly $20 for shipping. the battery arrived without a charging cable. Then, when I attempted to return this junk (the heater with no battery), they tell me "No refund." I Will Never order from Walmart again!!!

This product was misleading and useless. This was a complete waste of time to have to wait this long for a heater that needs an additional and higher costing accessory just to operate it. I needed something to help keep my family warm during this extreme weather and I've almost never been so disappointed. Dear Lord you vultures should be ashamed to produce such garbage as that unreasonable of a product. I could've broken this cheap toy with one hand. People are in need, get it together.
