I received this item in perfect condition. I have been looking high and low for a computer and everything seems to be so overpriced but The only thing I don't like about the item, it does not have the AI features, but I'm going to use it for work and I wish you had the Windows hello face recognition for overall the value of it from what I needed, which is the 32 GB of memory, the one terabyte on the hard drive the touchscreen is all great!!

Very nice machine. It is working out well for me, so far anyway (only using it for about 3 weeks now). Mine has 16 GB memory, 1 TB SSD, non-touch screen (which I prefer for a laptop), and a backlit keypad. And I got it at a really good discounted price directly from dell.com (prices constantly change, so good idea to track for 2 or 3 weeks before buying). Very good machine for doing business and personal finance and word processing stuff, perusing the internet, online shopping, and the occasional TV/movie streaming. I'm not into gaming so I cannot provide any info concerning that.
