This item was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. However, FedEx dropped the ball, and it was incredibly late. First, I want to say that a customer service rep, Martina, reached out to me before I even had time to realize it was running late. She let me know it was delayed, and she had reached out to FedEx on my behalf and encouraged me to do so as well. Her communication with me was very personal and not computer-generated. She stuck with it until the product arrived. Then, upon opening, because it had been beaten up in shipping (no fault of the company's), the frame had been broken, and the slats were hanging out on a couple of panels. When I reached out to Martina, she responded immediately and came up with possible solutions. It ended up that we were able to fix it with some time and screws, and Martina still gave me a discount on my original purchase because of the trouble. We kept the room divider. It seems good quality and just what my daughter needs for her college dorm room. But MANY thanks to Martina for her excellent service and staying on top of the order!
