Excellent customer service. My room divider was damaged in transit. The box was torn into on one side and there was some damage to the woven panel. I first requested to return the divider for a full refund. Upon further consideration, the repackaging and taking to a shipper myself seemed too difficult for me. The seller replied within 12 hours and offered a discount for the damage. I recommend them highly.
