Not getting the viewing angle desired? The head of the thermometer pivots and adjusts into multiple angles -- no bending or twisting or angling to read the temperature. Other features include an ultra-thin thermometer tip, handy pocket/storage sleeve, and an F/C conversion switch. Combined with a temperature range that reaches a high 482°f, this thermometer will become a most useful tool in the kitchen. Helpful hints: digital thermometers are not meant to be left in food during cooking. The plastic and electronic components could be damaged with excessive heat.
