[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shimmer/glossy shine. Left a nice tingly feeling that leads to the plumping effect. I would definitely use and buy this again! The tingle doesn't last too long but the effects linger for a bit after too. Carry with you to reapply as needed!
