Only 1 year warranty in US. False advertising.

So far it seems to be working fine as a drive. (I'm using it on a PC, because drives are crazy expensive, and this was cost competitive.) But I'm using it for backups, and wanted at least a 3 year warranty. This drive only has a 1 year warranty in the US, despite the headline. (It does have a 3 year warranty in some other countries.) -2 stars for false advertising.
