LOVE LOVE LOVE Fage Greek yogurt! It's the only kind I buy! It's like having a treat rather than protein. 🤣🤣 Sooooo good! So creamy, and great with berries, oats, cinnamon or just by itself! Combined with 1 cup self rising flour, it makes an excellent two-ingredient pizza dough! YUM!

Delicious, thick, rich flavor and smooth. This yogurt comes closest to the homemade I remember. Not quite as tart perhaps but still checks the right boxes. Forget the sugary stuff that destroys most of the active probiotics that are advertised. Add honey and sweeten to taste if sweet yogurt is preferred. I prefer to thaw frozen fruit (cherries work great) for a naturally sweet and nutritious topping.
