Not harsh, blends perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My brows are not the best shape lol and I typically don't use eyebrow pencils, or any eyebrow product for that matter. I usually just fill my brows with a darker eyeshadow. This brow pencil is life! It creates small hair-like strokes and the spooly is perfect to tame stray hairs and create the perfect blend. It's waterproof and smudge resistant. I got the shade Neutral Brown and it is perfect!

Long lasting , fine tip, perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my hands down FAVORITE eyebrow pencil! It's such a tiny detailed tip and the formula is hard and waxy, so it's not messy. It really does stay in place , which I loveeee! It truly is a long lasting “water resistant” brow pencil. I love the spoolie on the end, and how I can fill in by brows and brush them up all in one. Also .. you really can't beat the price for the performance of this product!

An incredible product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The E.l.f. Micro-Fine Brow Pencil in Neutral Brown is clearly not my brow shade, but I firmly believe makeup has no rules! I love using it as a lip liner. The color is beautiful and blends easily. Plus, the superfine tip draws realistic hairs (ideal for filling in brows) and the built-in spoolie perfectly combs and modulates the product. 100% recommended for its versatility!
