Good machine, works well, produces great coffee

Having use this machine for over a month I can say that I am fully satisfied with it. It is working perfectly and produces a really good cup of coffee, exactly what you would expect. It is easy to use and set up. Cleaning is more complicated than my previous Krupp's machine but you do get used to it. Build quality appears to be good and depending on the longevity over time the jury is out on that. My old Krupp's lasted over 10 years but was then uneconomical to repairs, so I expect at least that from this machine?

Really pleased

Very pleased with this machine which, in this household, is rated as an excellent buy. Dissuaded previously by the complex mechanism of bean to cup machines but this model is simple to use and produces an excellent, consistent, product on each use occasion. In addition the phone app is very good at guiding you through the various maintenance and cleaning actions required.
