Very good at producing heat for such a small heater and a low price. However the only complaint I have is that the settings are confusing. It is nice to have the option to adjust the heat though. I was also expecting a simple on and off switch but there's not really one, so I have to unplug it after using it.

It's compact, about what I expected from the photos but it's got a great safety feature of turning off as soon as there's even a slight movement of the heater and you could fit anywhere, near your feet, by the bed, on your desk etc. Settings are very easy to use and produces great heat for small to mid sized rooms. Also great on your electricity bill too.

Not Junky But AWESOME

My mom had one like this that was maybe 15 or 20 years old. Still working but kind of was louder and probably getting worn out but it still worked. We got her this one because technology has improved over 20 years. This one is slightly smaller than her original one but this one is noticeably QUIETER. No weird smells. It seems to operate smoother than her trusted older one that put in a great run. It will still be kept for back up or if someone needs to use one but she now uses this one. It distributes heat nicely. Quickly warms a smaller or larger room. My mom has a fairly good sized bedroom with a decent walk in closet and master bathroom. This heater quickly warms everything nice and toasty, and QUIETLY. You can hear that it is on but it's not annoying. Settings seem to work fine. If it is slightly tilted or falls over the bottom safety switch turns this off. Cats, dogs, or kids knocking it over will cause this to turn off immediately. She hates change but was happy switch out the older one for this one.
