[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tries the e.l.f Cosmetics Micro-Fine Brow Pencil and really liked it. The form is slim and easy to hold, making the application very precise. The pigment is natural-looking, not too dark, and builds up nicely without looking harsh. The ultra-fine tip is perfect for creating hair-like strokes, although you need to be gentle so it doesn't break. The spoolie tool on the other end blends everything smoothly. For removal, it comes off easily with makeup remover but still lasts all day without smudging.
