Thin as a pinpoint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used ELF brow pencils in the past, but this is by far the greatest. As it says in the name, the pencil tip is micro-fine and glide on so smoothly. I have blonde eyebrows that I have to tint so I use this pencil as a filler and it's perfect. The thin strokes resemble hairs without it looking clumpy. I highly recommend.
