Great purchase

I'm so happy I decided to go with PetCove. I did encounter an issue with my litter box and I reached out to Petcove and I got a response right away! They are so friendly and so helpful. They sent me a replacement right away. They are always so friendly and so quick to respond of my questions or concerns. It is such a piece of mind knowing that they stand by their lifetime guarantee! Especially paying so much for a litter box it's nice to know that if any problems occur, they are always there to help. It's definitely worth paying the money for the letterbox and not having to clean out a litter box all the time. I truly suggest if you're looking for an automatic self cleaning litter box to go with this one! Five stars!

Love it self cleaning

The first one PurrTek 5G works wonderfully and I got the PurrTek Max I had a electric power failure one night and it would no longer work, however the customer service is very helpful and great, they sent a replacement for it and it connected easily and all options are available, compared to the one that had the power failure it did not have all the options available that I had not noticed. But this company has a very good products and services.

Hoping for better things

Bought two max self cleaners hoping they don't have the same problem the original self cleaners have with the mats. I have 3 of the original ones and after thorough cleaning of machines the mats never remain in place and it became a huge chore to clean the machines thoroughly every few days. If this works better I will be in heaven. I loved the others I just wish they would have fixed the issue with the mats.
