I like this cat litter box. The only one thing that I have a concern about is the on and off button on the upper edge of the box sometimes when my cats jump out of the box, they hit that button and turn off the litter box so then it doesn’t clean it. Maybe if you redesign it next time the on and off button could be like on the side or something because this will prevent it from being turned off by the cat by mistake. Other than that I like the openness of the box and it seems to be doing a pretty good job of helping me keep the litter box clean

this seller shipped the equipment very quickly, included clear instructions with the equipment and even links to video tutorials. based on this customer service experience, I would be interested in other products that they carry.
