TV is great. Use it in the bedroom. Perfect size. Dissatisfied with the option to have TV mounted professionally. No information given on who would do it or scheduling. Canceled the service and have not received any information on getting a refund. Never received the extended warranty policy.

So unbelievably user friendly to navigate setting up the system, and getting all on offer operational on my tv. What a relief! I now love watching my favorite shows & series on my vibrant, bright screen, the clarity, contrast & resolution of my tv is so real! The best I've seen. I feel like I'm in the movie!! So easy to refresh screen & change programs to suit my taste at the time. Do yourself a favor… upgrade your equipment to Samsung & enhance your life! You're worth it! Thanks Samsung!! Ellie 🥰❤️👏👏

Great value for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this tv a week ago, having had our previous one for 10 years. The picture quality is generally good, however I need to work out how to improve the brightness. The tv is very user friendly and overall we are really happy with the purchase.
