These are great soft coolers to just toss in the back of an suv or car for just in case. They're big enough for occasional trips to the big box store to get the “unexpected” purchases home. This was our second purchase of this size and style, the other one is fine after many years, just wanted another. They are well insulated, and hold a lot of stuff. Ours hasn't leaked with loose ice as long as upright. The zipper isn't water proof. We use them to pack stuff into a hotel room and then keep things cool in the room without using those little refrigerators. The straps are easier to carry than a regular cooler's handles.
