Seller was fine but delivery person is terrible. I would like to know who the delivery service is please and if you have contact information for them. This same person has delivered here twice now. The first time she through the stuff in the snow bank and this time through on front porch with instructions on pkg to deliver to back door and a big sign saying all packages to be delivered to back door. Very frustrating to have left out in the weather and take a chance of damage. Just lazy to follow instructions.

didn't like or appreciate getting a product that was stepped on and smashed up bag filthy dirty boot prints on it never order a package like that again go to the store and buy it off the shelf

Sturdy with functional outside pockets. Chill tray is fabulous for keeping items cold and out of the ice such as snacks. Carrying strap of good quality and adjustable for body size. I own the larger size of this cooler which is also awesome. Needed a smaller cooler for short adventures.
