Yeah, no…

The only way to resolve this is to keep the original boxes (I didn't), and mail it back, too much work. I spent over $500 on this couch and my family is not able to use it, we haven't been able to since we put it together! Some of the pieces on the couch didn't fit together correctly, once anyone sits on it, the bottom falls out. Upset doesn't even cover how I feel! Don't do it!
