I purchased a less expensive suitcase and it began to come apart. So I decided to go with the best name in luggage as far as I was concerned - Samsonite. Yes, it was more expensive but you can tell it is better made from the moment you unpack it from the delivery box. I have also ordered a larger Samsonite so that we only have to take one suitcase when my husband and I travel. At our ages, being able to stand upright and not drag a heavy piece of luggage is a real positive. This is a very easy piece to travel with.
