Glad I finally bought one!! For a walking pad, this machine is perfect. I did have to get used to it being smaller than the treadmill in the gym, but that only took a couple of sessions. It is quiet and you can watch TV while you walk. The counter is easy to read so I can see my progress, miles and timeframe.

E14 error = safety clip not attached!

Fast next-day delivery from Walmart! It's a nice walking pad to work on my laptop at a counter height table and easily do 1.5mph. But make sure the safety clip is attached before starting! Right out of the box and plugged in I got an error 14. I was fuming mad for about 30 minutes until I realized what the problem was. Hopefully this holds up to daily walking. I'm giving only 4 stars because the company's customer service is nonexistent.
