I was very impressed with these Athletic Works long compression shorts. They are made with 85% sustainable materials. So that was a nice surprise for someone who is trying to lessen their carbon footprint. I wasn't sure if these long compression shorts were underwear. But that is how they are being worn. To each his own I guess. But they are made of a very comfortable, breathable and feels like moisture wicking material. They fit very well and very true to size. These compression shorts do the job of holding things in place when exercising while being comfortable when just relaxing. The waistband is a polyester and spandex blend that is soft to the touch . They are also tagless so no itchy tag to bother you. The light gray contrast stitching give it a nice higher end look and defines your contours. These long compression shorts are good quality that are a good alternative to the expensive name brands. If you're looking for an affordable compression short, I highly recommend these Athletic Works long compression shorts. Only time will tell how these will hold up. They look nice and feel good
