i bought it to add to smoothies for medicinal purposes, but it tastes fantastic! i even used it in scrambled eggs! its expensive but the good news is that it is VERY concentrated... a tiny bit goes a long way...the serving size spoon is tiny and it claims over a hundred servings in the pkg (i think it said 117 servings, its a very very fine powder).

I add this to my coffee. The powder itself is a little sticky, which I have noticed when I reach in to grab the scoop. Not a big deal, though. I like that this product has its own scoop, and it dissolves well in my coffee. The taste is pleasant. I'm not sure about the health benefits, but I do feel like my gut health has improved.
