Key item features

  • Plush Cushioning: Features 1/4 inch thick felt cushioning, providing a soft feel underfoot, enhanced sound absorption, and improved insulation for added comfort in active areas.
  • Intended Application: Designed as a felt-only pad for use under area rugs secured by heavy furniture or large décor; it is not purposed for anti-slip functionality.
  • Floor Safeguard: Offers durable protection for underlying flooring against scratches, scrapes, punctures, abrasion wear, and prevents discoloration caused by rug backing.
  • Rug Enhancement: Prevents area rugs from creasing, bunching, and wrinkling, maintaining a smooth surface that facilitates easier vacuuming and contributes to extended rug life.
  • Adaptable Sizing: The 8' x 10' pad can be custom-trimmed with scissors to fit any area rug size or shape, with a recommendation to cut 1-2 inches short of the rug's perimeter.

Mohawk Made It Right

Mohawk sent an item that was different than what we ordered, so I cannot comment on the product itself. Mohawk was outstanding in sending the correct item. It arrived the next day.
