The perfect high-waisted mom shorts!

These are seriously the perfect mom jean shorts! I wanted denim shorts that gave me a little more coverage without feeling long or frumpy, and the 5-inch inseam is perfect. For sizing reference, I'm 5'8”, around 130 lbs and ordered a size 6. I followed the size chart and they fit true to size, so I definitely recommend using your measurements when ordering. The denim has a tiny bit of stretch, but they still have really nice structure and hold their shape. The high-waisted fit is super flattering and comfortable without feeling overly tight. I can wear them with a crop top and still feel covered, but they also look great with a regular tee or oversized shirt. If you're looking for comfortable high-waisted denim shorts with a longer inseam, these are such a good find. Cute, flattering, comfortable and actually practical for chasing a toddler around. I would absolutely buy them again!

the great shorts. true high-rise. they're a good true to size shorts. I sized up based on some reviews and with Gemini the Google AI assistants suggestion after reading all the reviews somehow.. that was a mistake because they were way too large. I will upload the photos of the 14. and I bought the 12 in light wash and medium wash. the light wash fits me perfectly. I haven't tried the medium wash. when I actually take a photo with them on rather than just be on a video chat for an hour. I will upload the 12s but that will be on the size 12 review so maybe tomorrow or sometime this week and I'll do that for now attached are the photos how those shorts fit me. I returned these, they were picked up today via FedEx. for reference in 5'10 188 lb exactly this week.
