I love the waterfall and handheld showerhead with massage. My problem is that the fittings were all in plastic and did not connect tightly even with plumbers tape. Water sprayed even with tape. I’ve added tape to the outside as well and it still leaks although wall spray stopped. Keep in mind I did pay a professional plumber to install just to be safe. In the event that I do decide to replace this unit, I will definitely look for a set with non-plastic fittings/connectors to assure tighter fit without leaks. Although the cost will probably triple at least, the better quality will be well worth it.

Our previous shower head was far too weak, so I thought a high pressure option would be a nice change. Before I figured out my husband had neglected to install the low-flow ring when he mounted this new shower head, I was getting blasted by so much water it was unpleasant, and I would start running out of hot water pretty quickly. After we put in the low-flow ring, it's been much better, but I still wish there was just one softer setting for the handheld spray wand as all of the settings are quite strong. Because we have the type of single bath faucet that has to be turned far to the left to get hot water flowing, that means the water pressure is automatically quite high since the volume of output increases the farther the faucet is turned. I'd be able to regulate the pressure much better if we had the standard two-knobs faucet. I also think this product would be better suited to a larger shower stall than a traditional tub setup like we have, and the shower head rig would feel less intrusive as it is fairly bulky in is design.
