I ran theses through the washer and drier before using and they came out great, feeling soft. I got the tan color and the color matches what is shown in the description. My first time using bath sheets but I do like them. They are a good size for tall as well as normal people to use, giving enough towel to wrap securely around yourself after drying off. They absorb water well. They are not super thick but they do take longer to dry in the drier and you won't be able to put as many in the washer as you can normal size towels but I think it is worth it, to have these as a treat to use after a hard days work! I do like the way you can wrap in these bath sheets and they stay on while you are looking for what to wear.

I've never been a fan of microfiber. It doesn't absorb like Cotton, and will snag absolutely any tiny hangnail, or any dry skin. These 100% Cotton Towels are bigger than I am!! Super absorbent and gigantic!
