This fits my 5'1 body perfectly. On me the length was mid-thigh. It looks absolutely beautiful on and like a cute short dress. The plus is that it has built in shorts. I really like the feel of the dress, and the smocking in the waist gives you definition. This is my favorite fun summer outfit because it looks feminine, delicate, but very comfortable to move in. I would love more colors in this.
