Dishonest company

We really wanted to love this scooter for my 91 year old mom. But when it arrived it was huge.! Even after putting it together and having help there was no way it would fit in my truck. My mom wouldn't sit on it saying it was too big. It won't be able to go on the bus. The company says 30 day return which is complete bull. It was shipped to us from 40 miles away in Ontario and when I said we had to return for something smaller they insist we pay to transport to the east coast. We don't have that kind of money They sent a letter saying if I took it to Ontario they would have to throw it away. Oh please. Stay away from this lying dishonest company!
