Overall, it seems to be a good printer, however, mine came with a damaged front door, cracked side panel as well as a jammed extruder and nozzle that refused to melt the filament stuck inside. I’ve ran into several other issues such as the ai failed print detection being useless as well failed z axis homing problems. When it prints though, it really prints well and I have had a ton of joy out of it so far. My biggest issue is actually how poorly designed the website is to navigate and actually find the items you need or the help you’re looking for.

We’ve done our best to support you and make things right.Our printers come with a one-year warranty, and any defective parts during that period can be replaced at no cost. You can find all user manuals and detailed guides on the Creality Wiki . We also generally recommend searching for tutorials on our official Creality After-Sales YouTube channel, as many users find the video walkthroughs easier to follow.
