Quality Item

took about 2-3 hours to put together. instructions are pretty self explanatory. holds the amount of weight it says it will. my only issue with it is that the cushion/bar that goes on your waist sits a little too high. you have to kind of reach for it. does its job. overall good quality.

Good product for the money. Have to use a pillow in between the hip thrust and my pelvic because there is a large gap in between probably in case you are heavier set. Other than that works pretty great. More of a KAS glute bridge because of the range of motion though.

good not great

great machine but not suited for taller individuals or heavy set individuals as they do not sit in the seat well. if you are average size this is a perfect machine for you. i had to drill out the pin hole as it did not line up well with the slot to lock in the bar.
