Great Value All-Purpose Unbleached Flour, 5 lb Bag

Great Value unbleached flour performs exactly like the more expensive brand name ones. There is definitely value in organic/artisan brands but for a budget friendly, every day option this product fits the bill. I use it for cookies, pasta, banana bread, pie crusts and have never noticed a difference between this and brand name. I always keep it tightly sealed between uses.

I have never had any problems with this flour. If something doesn't come out the way I expect it to it's because I errored or the recipe I am using just isn't good to begin with. I have used all purpose flours by commercial brands and Great Value flour gives me the same results and at a better price. The Great Value unbleached bread flour is also a great. Now we just need a Great Value cake flour.
