You should never fold a hat up it should be wrapped the way it comes and put in a box big enough for the hat not to bend my hat folded and shove in a bag my hat was bent all out of shape and looked very bad who ever did that should know better please do better with your hat not acceptable will not be buying any more hats from them I think they should send me another hat the right way for the one they messed up
