was pleasantly surprised at the quality and fit of this driving cap. I ordered it for my oldest grandson and when it came it was in a flat envelope. Pleasantly surprised that it fits securely and comfortably on my 6 5/8 inch (54mm) diameter ĺsmall) head size. I have lost 95% of my hair from chemotherapy and this style hat appeals the most to me of the 3 hats we have purchased - a Nike (S) bucket hat and a Fox Flexfit (S/M) fishing/Australian style sun hat. It came folded and flat but responded well to my wife's gentle steam pressing with her iron.
