Pretty but not quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top looks pretty and the material flows nicely. It definitely is long enough to adequately cover the bump, but is a bit too low-cut for me. The light blue color looks nice and goes with basically everything. Unfortunately, the material doesn't feel soft and is super staticky. While wearing the shirt, I keep getting little shocks whenever I touch other people or light switches and my fine straight hair is knotted.
