I am 5'8" and 140 lbs. I generally size up from Small to Medium when wearing a stretchy pencil skirt, as I don't want it to be a second skin. It hangs nicely, better fabric than your typical stretch skirt and fits well. I prefer knee length and it hit a little lower, so I just roll the waist band one time.
