First of all, you got what you pay for. I give 5 stars for this review because it meet all I need as a basic laptop to use at home to catch up from office works. If you need a laptop but missed that Black Friday sale, get this one. This is a decent computer given it's price since it give you much more compare with a Chromebook or tablet at the same price range unless you want to try out a used laptop. It comes in a plain box, a good sign to me that me that they don't waste money into advertising on a useless cardboard box. They make some profit and I got things done. It is preload with win11, WPS as free build in office tool, anti-virus and firewall is also provided by Microsoft already, all you need to do is to finish all the Microsoft software update after you setup to ensure your online safety is being protected. The only thing that may surprise you if you didn't check the description first, is the screen which are not touchscreen, you need to use the TouchPad or your own mouse in order to navigate the desktop. And the lack of optical drive which has been a tread for years. You will need to spend twice the money if you want more function. I am okay with both of this condition as long as it is compact and able to do office work using Microsoft office, and use Youtube catch up some free times. Been using window PCs since the day of window 3.1, this feels like a solid pc that we can use as backup that's comparable with what we have in the office.
