This HP computer comes with a year of Microsoft office which is free and is a real bonus. They have a help desk that you can call and they'll remotely access your computer with any issues. They are very helpful. The computer works great, hooked up to the the printer. I highly recommend this laptop. Easy navigation.

A bit of a hassle to setup

It had to run a crap ton of updates for the first few days. Once it finally finished all of those, things ran pretty smoothly. It was super slow before the updates. It was also a bit of a pain figuring out how to switch off “S mode.” Until I figured that out, I was limited to apps in the Microsoft Store to download; everything else was blocked.

Great Laptop!

just got today 6*22*022 and settting it up. When I opened it up I was sceptical it said Windows 11 on the inner box for HP, true enough it was! By the way ordered online and got to choose my color of black or blue. Blue was a winner. Good replacement for my old all in one desktop. Recomend 4sure!! had to navigate passed negative reviews went for it.
