Those are the three things I like about this table the best. To be able to seat 12 people and to move your bench in or out, plus be able to stand up without disturbing anyone else is great. It came fully assembled which is AWESOME! I am opening a new business where I put this table and the last thing I need to deal with is to stop my day to read directions and put some complicated furniture item together. Kudos! The only CON to the table was I ended up putting 2 coats of satin polyurethane on to protect the top since I'll be wiping it down after every customer use. Other than that I highly recommend this product.
