Everything that could be wrong with an order was wrong with this order! First it took weeks, not one or two or even three it was over four weeks from the time it was ordered. If it had been the size required and as ordered I might not have demanded a refund but after four weeks no body had any idea where the shipment was and the last known date was March 6th for an item ordered in early February! I called Walmart Corporate Customer Service, after dealing with a very irritating automated 'assistant' I was able to talk to a human who did what they could to help. After about ten minutes, and discussions with others not known, the human customer service representative said I would receive a refund and the order would canceled since it was clearly lost. From today's date that all occurred two weeks ago. Late last week the package was delivered and it was the WRONG ITEM AND THE WRONG SIZE! I ordered a crew neck sweater and received a hoodie. The size was so small it would be difficult for a thin 12 year old to wear. Next I received a text message that said if I did not want to be charged for the item I had to return it to my local Walmart. Today I took it to Customer Service at my local Walmart with the order number and the package only to be told the item was ours because they had no access concerning a return of the order! They did see it had been canceled and refunded but they could not process it any further! We had the lady attach a note with the order number, her name, and an explanation about our attempt to return the package and left it at the store! Bottom line it was a nightmare and I will never again order anything from Walmart that is not supplied by them, and maybe not even then! I am so angry I would now love to see Walmart go the way of Sears! BANKRUPT!
