Worth it!

I wanted to try cinnamon capsules for my joints and inflammation. Many years of sports have destroyed my knees. I have been using it for only two weeks and have noticed a difference. I personally think its a great addition to my daily vitamins. I can't wait to see what longer use does for me. Also, the benefits are far greater than just reducing inflammation!

High quality supplements

I have felt some differences that aren't advertised with these pills. I don't check my blood sugar so I can't attest that it helped regulate my blood sugar. I have noticed some benefits that I am attributing to the pills, for one I have gone longer than normal between sugar or carbohydrate crashes during the average day. My stomach seems calmer than normal too. Overall I believe this has been helping me.
