My dog has absolutely loved this. He is able to move faster than he has in years. He took to it right away even though we were prepared to start out really slow. We take him on walks on the different trails in the forest and his wheelchair works perfect even if it is a bit of a rougher trail. We are going to get the air filled tires because he is going to wear down the ones that came with it really fast. I honestly don't know what we would have done without this.

I wasn't sure my dog would use or benefit from a walker enough to justify the cost, so the rental program appealed to me. It took a lot of adjustments to get the right fit, but now my dog is pretty comfortable using it. I'm cautiously optimistic he'll live long enough to keep the walker for good.

The build quality is excellent, and we are very happy with the wheelchair's function. Our dog is mobile and very excited to be able to exercise and play again. One suggestion the instructions and video for fitting the wheelchair to my dog were inadequate. I had to pay my dog's physical therapist and spend most of an hour to get the correct fit so that it would assist and enable him to keep walking. Once fitted, it is truly a wonderful, helpful assistive device. Getting to that point was quite difficult and complicated, even with the help of our experienced PT.
