The only thing I would say to the maker of this item the foot base needs to be a little higher my feet want to go up and over the foot base and you need to have some sort of brace to go over the top of your foot so to keep it from sliding you foot clear down to the front of the foot base, other than that it dose what it is to do.

I think my favorite thing about this bad boy is that Im not tied to an outlet. Its 99% manpowered but doesnt negatively effect my excersize. Took me and my partner under 2 hrs to put together,itll defenitely help if you have your own wrenches. But overall satisfied
