Fairly easy to put together. Gives a good workout. Seems made for shorter people. I'm 5'7, and have no trouble using it, though if my feet were any longer they wouldn't fit in the peddles. Very satisfied with it. And the 2 year extended warranty at Walmart for less than $15 is WELL worth the investment.

Good for the price

Overall a good piece of equipment. It is both quiet & smooth, but if you have knee issues as I do there is too much downward pressure to the knees when not using it sitting. I think they could've reworked the design so it wouldn't be that extreme of an angle but than it would probably sell for twice the price. I do agree with others the building instructions are weak so take your time. Good enough for me though as an alternative to walking out in the cold.
