Missing parts!

Missing parts. I spent over an hour opening and sorting everything just to find out three main pieces were missing 😒 Customer service said they couldn't send the missing parts and told me to return the whole thing to the store. Now I have to repack it, find help to lift it because it's very heavy, and drive all the way back. So inconvenient!
